Under 21′s in search of All-Ireland Glory

Best wishes to Jim Mc Guinness and his under 21 side as they face Dublin in the All-Ireland under 21 final in Breffini Park Cavan, this Saturday night @ 7pm. Asking every Donegal man, woman and child to travel and roar and support our young heroes on.

It’s a game not to be missed and reminding supporters to travel in time and to sit along with the Donegal support. 2010 Setanta Sports Cup Final details

The 2010 Setanta Sports Cup Final will be contested by Dublin’s St. Patrick’s Athletic and Bohemian FC on Saturday, 15th May 2010 at the Tallaght Stadium, kick-off: 6.30pm.
 

St. Patrick’s Athletic won the toss and have been designated as the home team for the all-island competition final. Read more

Fermanagh crime report

PSNI

POLICE in Fermanagh are investigating an incident in which a car crashed into a shed and then drove on.
Damage to the shed at Caldrum Road, Derrygonnelly, was reported to police on Sunday afternoon.  It is thought to have been caused the previous night.

Ending of mislabelling of poultry products

At a seminar for Irish broiler farmers, the Chairman of the IFA National Poultry Committee Alo Mohan expressed his satisfaction that Bord Bia had accepted the arguments put forward by the committee to support a change to the Bord Bia Quality Assurance logo for Northern Irish Chicken.    

The large group at the meeting welcomed the state body’s acknowledgment that misleading labelling was affecting the incomes of producers.   Read more
