CAB have made searches in both Donegal and Monaghan
Gardai from the Criminal Assets Bureau and the Donegal and Monaghan Divisions carried out a number of searches of premises in Donegal and Monaghan this morning – 30th June 2009.
The searches were carried out as part of ‘Operation Limpid’ – an operation targeting smuggling and oil-laundering.
In all 14 premises were searched including private dwellings and business and professional premises.
A number of documents and some computer equipment were seized in the course of the operation.
The investigation is on-going.
