Fatal road traffic collision Mallow

Gardai are investigating  a fatal collision which occurred on the N72, at Gearanskagh, Mallow, Co Cork, last night on the 13th of November 2011.
At approximately 2010 hours a 22 year old female was fatally injured when the motor car she was driving collided with a second car. The occupants of the second car, a female aged 51 years and three children, were taken by ambulance to Cork University Hospital.
The road remains closed pending a technical examination and diversions are in place.
