Michael McLoone who is retiring as Donegal County Manager
Glowing tributes have been paid to Michael McLoone, who is stepping down as Manager of Donegal county council.
The Ballyshannon man has spent 16 years at the helm and overseen some of the most significant developments in local government in Donegal since the foundation of the state.
