Gardai in Cahir, Co. Tipperary, are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Mortlestown, Cahir at approximately 4.30pm on the 23.09.11. A 38 year old male sustained injuries when his Jeep collided with a wall.
He was taken to South Tipperary General Hospital in Clonmel where he died last night as a result of his injuries.
He was the sole occupant of the vehicle and no other vehicles were involved. Witnesses are asked to contact Cahir Garda Station on 052-7445630, The Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
